Motivation and Action through Self-Discovery and Positive Reinforcement

Thus meditating you will no longer strive to build yourself up in your prejudices, but, forgetting self, you will remember only that you are seeking the Truth. — James Allen

Meditation, prayer, and self-examination are vital tools that help us to combine money and spirituality successfully. Without them, we can easily fall into old thinking and behaviors that rob us true power. The more we meditate, the more we begin to align with and use power rightly. Our meditation CD is an important part of our program.

George Lewis guides you down to a state where the brain waves slow to theta, the slowest prior to delta, which is sleep. The theta frequency is where daydreaming frequently occurs. You are in this same state while driving the freeway and discover that you cannot recall the last five miles. This can also occur in the shower, or tub. The ideas that take place here are often free flowing and come from your higher self. From this lofty place, they flourish without censorship or guilt. Theta usually provides an extremely positive mental state.

During the quiet time, you will hear the crashing sounds of ocean surf. Embedded in this soothing resonance are powerful subliminal success re-enforcers and the reverberations of theta. Your subconscious recognizes and uses these to make significant changes. It tends to synchronize your vibration with that of the cosmos. This unusual combination brings you into alignment where the full power of the Universe can begin to work for you rather than against you.

Our meditation stimulates feelings and emotions that trigger positive actions. Simply repeating or hearing powerful statements of intent is not enough. To amplify their potency we have to give them the vitality of life. To enliven them we must charge them with intense feelings and forceful emotions. Once enlivened they are imbued with authority. They become our personal high-voltage power choices. This elevates the statement of intent from a fantasy or wish, to an overwhelming internal need for achievement. These feelings and emotions accelerate you into success producing actions. This is a compelling and explosive difference.

The subconscious is not available to our conscious minds. We cannot simply reach in with a scalpel, an affirmation, or a new belief, and change what is there. Unfortunately, some of us have psychological reverses or, conflicting beliefs that naturally prevent our success. For many of us the environment we grew up in sabotaged us. It turned our sub-conscious into a cosmic garbage dump. So, this being true, what do we do? This is where meditation comes to our rescue.

As we attempt to quiet our mind, thoughts may continue to bubble up. When they do, we do not fight them. We simply let them bubble, not trying to figure them out in any way. Do not attempt to put it them all together in an understandable whole. The subconscious is not presenting us with some kind of puzzle. The bubbling is the observable portion of the healing process. Simply let them bubble and return to your focus point, your breathing or, your mantra.

The way meditation heals the subconscious is almost too simple. Because of its powerful impact on our lives, we can tend to believe that repairing it should be far more difficult. Then, there is the fact that we cannot prove that meditation heals us, except by watching our lives as we meditate for clarity and improvement. However, if we are patient and willing to use our experiences and observations we will begin to see that meditation truly works to heal our ever-powerful subconscious.
